This Is Not a Painting Overview
**This Is Not a Painting** is a **Yurutown** perspective puzzle against **What You See** — climb the **southwest hill** outside town and align four **paintings** with real-world objects (door frame, spotlight, miniature door) in first-person view. Hunter EXP ×160, no Arc.
How to Complete
- Track **This Is Not a Painting** on the Anomagram → **southwest hill** outside Yurutown
- Approach the **What You See** anomaly marker on the hilltop exhibit
- Enter **first-person alignment mode** — four paintings must match their real counterparts
- **Painting 1:** rotate view until the canvas **door frame** lines up with the physical door frame behind it
- **Painting 2:** align the painted **spotlight** with the actual spotlight fixture in the scene
- **Painting 3:** match the **miniature door** in the painting to the small door prop on the hill
- **Painting 4:** complete the final alignment puzzle — adjust until the anomaly UI confirms the match
- When all four perspectives lock, the **What You See** anomaly resolves and the commission completes
What You See — Strategy
**Anomaly:** What You See (Object) · **No combat boss** — puzzle-only commission · **Weakness:** N/A (non-combat)
- Use subtle camera nudges — overshooting breaks alignment and resets the painting
- Each painting has a distinct object type — door frame, spotlight, miniature door, final composite
- If stuck, walk around the exhibit to find the real-world prop each canvas references
