**Heaven's Forsaken** is an **Easy** phenomenon commission atop **WITOP Tower** near **Camelot Avenue** (New Herland District). How to Complete

• Track **Heaven's Forsaken** on the Anomagram
• **Fast route:** teleport to the **Midas Arc Workshop ReroRero Phone Booth** and step onto the workshop **rooftop**
• **Manual route:** enter Midas Arc Workshop on **Crystal Mountain Avenue**, use the **back door** behind the triangle wall ornament to reach the rooftop
• From the workshop helipad, **glide** to the adjacent tower and ride the **floating fish** up to **WITOP Tower rooftop**
• On the rooftop, engage **Tides of Misfortune** — defeat **all three Skyfish Banner fish** to complete the commission
• Contain the phenomenon for **A Time Will Come** and standard mats
• After first clear, replay via **High-Risk** tiers from the Anomagram menu
