• Climb to the **NEW WAY / Novus dealership rooftop** where floating kites hang above the building
• Enter the Wertheimer Index fluctuation zone — the area highlights when you are in range
• Approach the **fish kites** to reveal **three Tidal Ascension** enemies
• Defeat **all three** Tidal Ascension anomalies — stay mobile against wave-style attacks
• Interact with the **rainbow-colored scale** that appears after the last kill to contain the phenomenon
