**Change Your Perspective?** is a **New Herland District** anomaly commission at a sketch-gray construction site **east of the district Wertheimer Tower** near **Oia Avenue**. The anomaly **Unyielding Rejected Plan** teaches the **2D/3D perspective shift** — not a photo-mode quest. No Arc drop; payout is Hunter EXP, Annulith, Fons, Beetle Coins, and anomaly materials.
Step-by-Step — Three Checkpoints
- Track **Change Your Perspective?** on the Anomagram → marker at the **Oia Avenue** construction site
- Enter the realm and pick up the **Projection Blueprint** (Quick Equip: **T** on PC, **L1** on controller) — toggles between 3D and 2D view
- **Checkpoint 1:** In **2D view**, jump right across ledges (no wall-climb in 2D). Switch to **3D** to pass the blocking wall and interact with **Unyielding Rejected Plan**
- **Checkpoint 2:** Alternate Projection toggles across floating platforms — mix 2D jumps and 3D hops per platform layout. Second interaction with **Unyielding Rejected Plan** grants the **Dimension-Shift Blueprint** — **stand still** before the dialogue ends or you may miss the item
- **Checkpoint 3:** **Dimension-Shift** only works in **2D view** — rotate the map, then use Projection to return to 3D for long gaps (double-jump / glider). Reach the rooftop and contain **Unyielding Rejected Plan** to finish
