Fast Answer
Co-op unlocks after completing story chapter Prologue II: Good Business, Better Treasure or reaching approximately Hunter Level 7-8 (roughly 30-35 minutes into the game). Supports up to 4 players for combat, free-roam, and mini-games. Full crossplay across PC, PS5, iOS, Android, Mac, and HarmonyOS via your Perfect World Games account — but all players must be on the same regional server.
How to Unlock Co-op
- Complete main story chapter "Prologue II: Good Business, Better Treasure"
- Approximately Hunter Level 7-8 required
- Takes roughly 30-35 minutes of normal play to reach
- Access multiplayer via your in-game phone (right side of screen)
How to Invite Friends
- Open your in-game phone → Friends menu
- Send an invitation to added friends
- When accepted, session loads automatically
- Incoming invites appear on screen — approve to join
What You Can Do in Co-op
- Explore Hethereau open world together (up to 4 players)
- Fight field enemies together — all nearby players receive drops (Note: gift boxes after enemy defeats go to host only)
- Racing Friends mode — race through the city in vehicles
- Visit each other's My House / apartments
- Take photos together
- Main story missions are single-player only
Crossplay — All Supported Platforms
- Full crossplay: PC (Windows/Mac), PS5, iOS, Android, HarmonyOS
- Log in with the same Perfect World Games (PWG) account on all devices
- IMPORTANT: All players must be on the same regional server (America / Europe / Asia / SEA) — different servers cannot play together
- PS5 users: link PWG account on first launch; each account can only bind one PSN account (not changeable)
Co-op Rewards
- Field enemy drops: all nearby players receive rewards individually
- Weekly boss rewards: personal rolls — every player who hits the boss gets a separate reward roll
- World materials: instanced — each player sees their own copy
- Story rewards: only the host's progress counts for story advancement; guests still receive contract drops
